The Beta Tau Chapter of Tri-Kappa supports philanthropic efforts used locally for educational scholars and invites the community to attend Beer on the Bricks in Downtown Salem. Attendees can expect plenty of great beer alongside plenty of great food and music provided by Schocke’s Food Truck and local cover band The Rumors.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. All proceeds go toward promoting charity, culture, and education in Washington County.

The Washington County Farmers Market has locally grown and produced vegetables, honey, maple syrup, sorghum, beef, pork & lamb, flower arrangements, local art, and more.
The farmers market will open on Saturdays in the Washington County Justice Center parking lot located at 801 S Jackson St, Salem. It will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and it will open on Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. when produce is more plentiful.

The Washington County Chamber of Commerce is hosting Friday Night on the Square on September 20th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. around the Courthouse.
Attendees can expect shop booths, food trucks, and various activities to keep the whole family entertained. Come out to show support for the community!
Beck’s Mill, located at 4433 S Becks Mill Rd, Salem, will be holding an Artist Series on September 22nd from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Instructed by Beck’s Mill Resident Artist Dusty Lynn Baker, this session’s topic is “The Chicken House.”
Beck’s Mill’s Artist Series runs through October. Some things to expect:

- Sketching
- Painting
- Music
- Collaging
Cost is $15 per session, or $75 for the season, and all proceeds benefit the mill.
The 2024 Campbellsburg Country Festival is celebrating its 30th year this year! Join fellow community members at the Community Building, located at 21 W Oak St, Campbellsburg, for entertainment, music, a parade, craft & commercial vendors, food, and more. This two-day festival begins September 20th and ends on the 21st.
